At Oil Perfumery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the perfume oils in their original rollerball bottles and protective sleeves to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our distribution center and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
